Welcome to the law offices of Geoffrey M. Standing Bear. We have offices in Bartlesville, Washington County, Oklahoma and in Pawhuska, Osage County, Oklahoma. We are located on the edge of the Tallgrass Prairie, we are 8 hours travel time from Washington, D.C. and spend a great deal of time in all parts of Oklahoma and in other states.

Admitted to practice law in all of the Oklahoma counties and federal courts and the Appeals Courts of the Tenth Circuit and the District of Columbia. Criminal defense, civil litigation, Indian law, personal injury, and probate law are the primary caseload and we have several business and government clients. In areas of law in which we do not practice, such as social security or worker's compensation, we know many attorneys who do such work and will make proper references to you to those attorneys. For those areas in which we do practice, we charge hourly rates for all work except personal injury work which provides clients the option of a contingency arrangement where we are paid only if we collect for the client.
